About

The Earth, as noticed by machines.

Orbital Vigil is a static-first publication for one strong satellite image per day: a finished image, a short story, a reproducible data recipe, and a journalist-safe source record.

The project starts with Sentinel imagery and a simple rule: the public site should never process Earth-observation data at request time. It publishes finished artifacts, structured records, stable URLs, feeds, and downloadable crops.

The long-term system is intentionally agentic. Machines discover candidates, render scenes, judge composition, write records, and publish what they find without human approval in the loop.
